1. What we collect

We collect:

• Corporate email address, name, and company name when you request a project economics review or contact us
• Project inputs you enter in the BIPV Calculator (facade area, city, product selection)
• Basic analytics data: page views and referral source (no personal identifiers)

We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data.

2. Why we collect it

• To follow up on the project economics review you requested
• To follow up on your project inquiry
• To improve the calculator and site content
• To send occasional updates about Powerglass products and BIPV market developments (only with your express consent, which you gave at the point of submission)

3. How we store and protect it

Your data is stored on Vercel's infrastructure (Canada/US) and processed through Resend for email delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required to deliver these services.

4. Your rights

Under PIPEDA (federal) and PIPA Alberta, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data

5. Retention

Unconfirmed project economics review requests are deleted within 48 hours. Confirmed leads are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics service. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and no consent banner is required.
