• Powerglass is the trade name used for marketing and this website.
• Power Glass is the legal name of the operating entity.
• “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Power Glass.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Calculator outputs are estimates

The BIPV Calculator produces financial estimates for informational purposes only. Outputs including ITC amounts, CCA tax shields, energy values, and surplus/premium figures are illustrative models based on user-supplied inputs and published data sources. They do not constitute tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a formal appraisal. Do not make investment, tax, or capital allocation decisions based on calculator outputs without independent professional advice.

3. No performance guarantee

Energy yield estimates are based on NRCan RETScreen data for vertical south-facing CdTe installations. Actual performance varies with facade orientation, shading, soiling, system degradation, and local conditions. Powerglass makes no guarantee of energy production.

4. No binding offer

Use of this website and calculator does not constitute a binding offer to sell product at any price. All pricing is indicative and subject to written confirmation. Product availability and lead times are subject to change.

5. Intellectual property

All content, tools, and materials on this site are owned by Power Glass Inc. You may not scrape, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the calculator or any part of this site without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Alberta law, Powerglass's liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration in Edmonton, Alberta.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
